1. Application
These terms supplement the Agreement with PCGROUP, LLC / JBComm for the named AIMarket / OmniReach Service only where contracted and enabled. Master Terms definitions apply. Availability may vary by agreement, plan, tenant configuration, geography, and provider availability; no described capability is guaranteed released or included.
2. Service documents
- Prospect Service Terms — business opportunity research and prospecting.
- VCC Service Terms — supported communication and contact-center use.
- Portfolio Service Terms — operational customer/account management.
- CSSM — Client Subscription Service Manager Service Terms — enabled billing, payment facilitation, portal, support, and servicing.
3. Common protections
Customers retain data and Tenant Intelligence. DPA/AI rules apply across services, including the identifiable-data training restriction. Service terms do not grant broader derived-data rights, permission bypass, a new cap, provider indemnity, refund rule, or SLA.
4. Subject-specific precedence
The DPA governs tenant Personal Data processing and the AI Addendum governs enabled AI and its shared-model training restriction. Master Terms section 23 controls subject-specific precedence and signed agreements. Fees, refunds, liability, indemnity, and Arizona law are not separately changed here.
