1. Scope
These terms supplement the Agreement with PCGROUP, LLC / JBComm for the named AIMarket / OmniReach Service only where contracted and enabled. Master Terms definitions apply. Availability may vary by agreement, plan, tenant configuration, geography, and provider availability; no described capability is guaranteed released or included.
Portfolio may support customer/account records, documents, notes, activity, workflows, and relationship visibility where enabled.
2. Records and lawful storage
You are responsible for accuracy, lawful collection/storage, permissions, notices, and appropriate access for Customer records, documents, notes, and activity. Sensitive use requires lawful supported authorization and safeguards under the AUP.
Customer-specific records and account intelligence remain Customer Data, including summaries/insights; no ownership transfers to PCGROUP.
3. Workflows and account intelligence
Determine suitability of workflows and insights, authorize access/actions, verify information, and review consequential or customer-facing use. Enabled AI follows the AI Addendum, including high-impact and shared-training restrictions.
4. Imports, exports, and retention
Imports/exports depend on enabled functions, limits, lawful sources, and authority. Review information/access, maintain required independent copies/backups, and protect exports. DPA/exit terms govern tenant data return/deletion.
No universal retention period, always-available export capability, or regulated-retention function is promised. Follow applicable correction/deletion/suppression duties.
5. System-of-record limitations
Portfolio is an operational customer/account-management service. Unless separately contracted, it does not automatically constitute an accounting system of record, legal recordkeeping compliance, or regulated records management. Determine whether enabled functions meet your archival, evidence, accounting, or regulated duties and maintain appropriate independent processes.
Use does not guarantee regulatory compliance or adequacy of a record for a dispute, audit, or regulator.
